I began my counselling training in 1998 and went on to gain a diploma (with distinction).
   
I am at present studying for a Masters in counselling at Bristol University.
   
I have a wide range of experience working with various issues including:
 
Abuse
Addiction
Anger Management
Anxiety
Depression
Eating problems
Intimacy issues
Low self-esteem
Relationship issues
Trauma
Trust issues
   
I also have experience of working with diversity and difference Re: sexuality, gender, culture, race, religion etc.
   
I am qualified and experienced in one to one counselling, group therapy and family therapy.
   
I am a member of the BACP and follow the BACP ethical framework.
I have developed and facilitated workshops / groups including anger management, intimacy, low self esteem etc.
I have facilitated training for other professionals both in-house and externally.
   
I have five years experience of managing services and have developed two women's services over the years one of which was for mother's and their babies.
