As a counsellor I understand that it takes time to build trust within the therapeutic relationship.
   
I work to ensure that you feel comfortable within the relationship and safe to share whatever you decide at your own pace.
   
Counselling is listening, actively engaging, and supporting awareness to encourage change.
It is my belief that we are all unique even if there are similarities within our life experiences. It is each person's unique perspective on their experience that make us who we are.
   
I strongly believe in the importance of a positive therapeutic relationship as it is this relationship that will support change.
